About Us

Brothers Robert and the late Ronald started Balducci Construction in 1972, and became incorporated in 1975. Ron Jr. joined the family business, adding to the company upon graduating in 1999.

Ron Jr. has become a partner and great asset to the corporation, with the sudden passing of Ron Sr., who will always be greatly missed.

Balducci brothers began by doing residential work. After approximately 10 years, Balducci Construction shifted their direction to primarily placing commercial floors. Since then, with now 40+ years of experience, the Baldacci’s are focused on slip-form curbing, exterior  commercial site concrete and large scale residential work, although they still work on commercial floors and a variety of smaller projects.

In 2007 the company purchased property in Elma, NY and built a 7,200 SF building to call home.  Balducci Construction has been active in the Western New York community, doing charity projects for the Boys and Girls Club, and concrete work for local businesses.
